2. What Information We Collect

Minecraft Server

When you join or interact with the Elysium MC Minecraft server, we may collect and process:

Minecraft username and UUID
IP address
Chat messages and command logs
Gameplay statistics and activity logs
Plugin-generated metrics and analytics

If you make a purchase or donation, we also process:

Payment information via Stripe (we do not store full payment details - only transaction references).

Forum / Website

When you register or use our forum or website:

Account information (username, email address, password – stored securely using encryption)
IP address and login activity
Forum posts and messages
Automatically generated avatar (based on your Minecraft username)
Cookies and analytics data (via Google Analytics)

Cookies are used to keep you logged in and understand how visitors use our website.

Discord

When you join our Discord server:

Discord username, user ID, and messages (where required for moderation)
Bot activity logs (via third-party bots such as Dyno)

Elysium MC does not export or process your Discord data outside Discord’s platform, except as necessary for moderation or community management.

Elysium MC is open to players of all ages. However:

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age without parental consent.
We rely on parental controls and consent mechanisms built into Minecraft and Discord.
