Elysium MC - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elysium MC, a community Minecraft network operated under the name Elysium MC.
By accessing or using any part of our network - including our Minecraft server, website/forum, or Discord server - you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. About Elysium MC
Elysium MC is a privately operated Minecraft network run by an individual under the name “Elysium MC.”
Our services include:
- The Minecraft server and related in-game content
- The Elysium MC website and forums (elymc.uk)
- The Elysium MC Discord server and any associated bots

2. Your Agreement
By joining our Minecraft server, using our website, or participating in our Discord, you:
- Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Agree to follow all community and gameplay rules set out at https://elymc.uk/rules.
- Understand that breach of these Terms or the Rules may lead to suspension or permanent bans from our services.
3. Player Conduct
You must follow our community and gameplay rules at all times. These include (but are not limited to):
- Respecting other players and staff.
- Not exploiting bugs, using hacks, or unfair modifications.
- Not engaging in spam, advertising, or harassment.
- Reporting any bugs or exploits responsibly (we may reward reports).
Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at staff discretion.
Punishments are final, though you may appeal via our forum once available.
4. Payments and Purchases
Elysium MC offers optional paid items (such as ranks, perks, or cosmetic features) to support the network.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe using our NamelessMC website.
- All payments are final. Refunds are only granted in extreme circumstances at our sole discretion.
- Purchased ranks and perks are tied to your Minecraft account and remain active even if you are temporarily banned.
- We may modify, remove, or change features at any time without compensation.
- Attempting chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in a permanent ban.
Purchases are treated as digital content and therefore do not carry a right to refund once received, as outlined in UK consumer law.
5. Server Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the network running smoothly, but:
- Server uptime and performance are not guaranteed.
- We may modify, update, reset, or shut down parts of the server, forum, or Discord at any time without notice.
- We are not liable for lost progress, items, or data due to downtime, resets, or bugs.
6. User Accounts and Content
Forum and Discord Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
We may remove, suspend, or delete accounts that violate our Terms or community rules.
User-Generated Content
By posting or uploading content (e.g., forum posts, guides, screenshots, or builds), you:
- Grant Elysium MC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for community or promotional purposes.
- Remain fully responsible for the content you share.
- Confirm that your content does not infringe on others’ rights or contain offensive or illegal material.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that breaches our rules or is otherwise inappropriate.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or our community rules.
- Remove or restrict access to any part of our network at our discretion.
- Retain limited user data for moderation and security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
No compensation or refunds will be given for loss of access due to rule violations.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
- Elysium MC is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries.
- Your use of mods or third-party software is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, in-game progress, or damages resulting from use of our services.
- All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranty of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
